Cancellation Policy

Any appointment cancelled within 24 hrs will be charged 50% of their scheduled value. Should you not cancel and not show 100% of the value of the appointment will be charged.

Re-do's

If you are unhappy with an element of your hair service no problem, reach out within 2 weeks of your initial visit and I am more than happy to adjust or correct the necessary changes within 14 days no charge.

Product return

Should you purchase a retail product and are unsatisfied, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit within 14 days.

Photography

By visiting The Vine Salon Suite, you consent to having your photograph taken and potentially shared on special media platforms for the purpose of showcasing my work. If you prefer to not have your photograph taken please indicate your preference.

Zero Tolerance Policy

The Vine Salon Suite is a safe space for all to come and feel comfortable and relax. I reserve the right to ask anyone to leave should there be any inappropriate mentions of racial, LGBTQ+,  and all others.
